SANKRANTHI is a grand harvest Festival of Andhra Pradesh. Around this Festival Farmers harvest their crops. This Dance depicts the whole Dramas of Farming by the Farmers.

This is one of the most enchanting Dance with beautiful rhythm and Costumes. This Dance starts with a slow tempo and as it reaches its climax the momentum and vigour is increased. Costumes are simple in primary colours like green, red and blue. The depiction of sequences are done in beautiful and systematic way with Rhythm.
