These are Ribbon and Braid Dance performed in Andhra Pradesh. The youth of the villages hold sticks in their hands while Dancing. They sing songs based on lyrics from Ramayana and Mahabharatha. Ramanavami, Sankranti, Vinayaka Chavathi, Dussera Navarathri are the main festivals on which this dance is perfomed.

The percurssion instrument used while performing this dance is "DAPPU". This hand held drum's music is the basic instrument used for the Dance. The Dance if performed by Female dancers is known as "JADA KOLLATTAM"
