SUSTAINABILITY
For reducing the stigma & discrimination: we are conducting
behavior change communication campaigns, mass awareness programs
and event programmers with proper BCC material.
When we come to sustainability part we are including the networks
groups, PHHA, CBOS and CAA in DLPAC (District Level Project
Advisory Committee) for the sustainability.
Any one who wants to give donation can directly maintain contact
with children with out any mediators. The Academy will acknowledge
you the child whom you want to donate.
MEASURES
FOR SUSTAINABILITY OF THE FHI-CRS-CAA PROJECT OF NRITYANJALI
ACADEMY.
In
each slum we are planning to form CHEYUTHA committee, following
will be the members in this committee.
* One PLHA
* 3 Stake holder (one from Mahila Mandal, one from male Local
leader, One from Youth Local leader)
* 10 Peer Educators (5 male 5 Female)
* 1 Local Doctor
* ANM or Anganwadi Teacher
* 1 NGO/CBO members (which is working in the slum)
* 2 Care Givers.
This group will be given one-day orientation about the project
activities and technical inputs. We tell them about the sustainability
of the project. Handing over the governorship of the project.
District
Level Project Advisory Committee will be developed to look after
all the activities of CAA project after completion of the project
tenure.
Women
and Child Welfare Department will also sensitized in this regard.
